In order to create a character to play at Adventurers Wanted, you must create an account (if you have not already done so) and use the “New Character” link to submit a character through the website.

Character Creation at Adventurers Wanted consists of three main steps:
- Pick what race you want your character to be from.
- Choose what base header you want your character to start with (one base header can be unlocked for free; additional headers may be purchased with CP*).
- Select what skills you want to buy from the open skill list and from your base header.
*Each new character starts with 30 character points (CP), which are used to purchase skills. You can gain an additional 5 CP by submitting a character history that gets approved by staff.
- If you are an old player starting a new character, or if you have saved up CP by donating or crunching for an event, you may draw on additional CP from your stored CP pool when creating your character. No new character may come into game with more than 40 CP in skills. This CP cap is in place to help balance the power levels of new incoming characters.
