Weapons and Shields

Weapons

All weapons must be presented for inspection at check-in every event.  Latex weapons are approved on a case by case basis, so be sure to bring a backup weapon in case your latex weapon does not pass inspection.

All striking surfaces of non-latex weapons must be covered in a layer of duct tape.  Use gray or black tape if making a metal weapon and brown or tan if making a wooden weapon.  You may use other colors as decoration or accents but some colors are forbidden.  The following colors have in game meaning and are not allowed to be on a weapon without approval from a Game Master: reflective silver, gold, camouflage, any tie-dye color, and glow-in-the-dark colors.
